In some ways, was a little early for Rod Stewart to release a greatest-hits album, since he had only released four albums to that point. Nevertheless, Sing It Again Rod is a good collection, featuring most of the obvious choices from his first four records -- "Handbags and Gladrags," "Street Fighting Man," "Gasoline Alley," "You Wear It Well" and a full side of Every Picture Tells a Story 6/ Reply

When first issued on vinyl in , the cover was designed to resemble a whiskey glass with a picture of Rod himself imbedded inside the glass amidst the whiskey and ice. I also happened to have a vinyl copy of this first-ever compilation of Rod Stewart and so did my sister before me who also had some of his earlier solo albums as well as the /5(19). Reply
